شروط الخدمة – الملك الصغير

مرحبًا بك في متجر الملك الصغير. باستخدامك لهذا الموقع أو إتمامك لأي عملية شراء، فإنك توافق على الشروط والأحكام التالية.

1. عام تسري هذه الشروط على جميع المستخدمين والزوار والعملاء الذين يتصفحون الموقع أو يشترون منه. نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

2. المنتجات نبذل قصارى جهدنا لعرض المنتجات بدقة من حيث الألوان والمقاسات والأوصاف. قد تختلف الألوان قليلًا بسبب إعدادات الشاشة. نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل الأسعار أو إيقاف المنتجات في أي وقت.

3. الطلبات والدفع

  • نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أي طلب لأي سبب
  • يجب أن تكون معلومات الدفع صحيحة وحديثة
  • تُعتبر عملية الشراء مكتملة عند تأكيد الدفع وإرسال بريد التأكيد

4. الشحن والتسليم مواعيد التسليم تقديرية وغير مضمونة. لسنا مسؤولين عن التأخيرات الناجمة عن شركات الشحن أو الجمارك أو الظروف الخارجة عن إرادتنا.

5. الملكية الفكرية جميع المحتويات على هذا الموقع (صور، شعارات، نصوص) هي ملك حصري للملك الصغير ولا يجوز استخدامها أو نسخها دون إذن مسبق.

6. المسؤولية لا يتحمل المتجر أي مسؤولية عن أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام الموقع أو المنتجات، في حدود ما يسمح به القانون.

7. القانون المطبق تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتختص محاكم دبي بالفصل في أي نزاع.
