مدة الاسترجاع: يحق للعميل طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
شروط الاسترجاع:
- أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية
- أن يكون المنتج بعبوته الأصلية مع جميع الملصقات والبطاقات
- تقديم إثبات الشراء (رقم الطلب أو الفاتورة)
الحالات غير القابلة للاسترجاع:
- المنتجات المستخدمة أو المغسولة
- المنتجات المخفضة أو عروض التصفية
- الطلبات المخصصة أو المطبوعة حسب الطلب
- الملابس الداخلية لأسباب صحية
طريقة الاسترجاع:
- يتم رد المبلغ على نفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7–10 أيام عمل من استلام المنتج المُعاد
- تكاليف الشحن عند الإرجاع تقع على عاتق العميل، إلا في حالة وجود عيب مصنعي

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be in original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice)
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or washed items
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom or print-on-demand orders
- Undergarments for hygiene reasons
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect
